    RxByDesign Compounding Pharmacy ("we", "us") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, including those covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and applicable state laws. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

    Conformance Status

    This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.     • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
    • ARIA labels on all icon-only buttons and interactive controls
    • Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG AA (4.5:1 body text)
    • Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images; decorative images marked as such
    • Tap targets sized to at least 44×44 pixels on mobile
    • Forms with associated labels, error messaging, and length validation
    • Automated accessibility audits during development using axe-core
    • Compatibility tested with current versions of VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, and screen-magnification tools

    Assessment Approach

    We assess accessibility through a combination of self-evaluation, automated testing tools (axe-core, Lighthouse), and manual keyboard and screen-reader review. We review accessibility as part of every meaningful site update.

    Known Limitations & Third-Party Content

    Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Specific areas we are actively working on:

    • Embedded review widget on our home page is provided by a third-party reputation platform. We do not control its markup, but we monitor it for accessibility regressions.
    • Google Maps embed on contact-related pages is provided by Google and follows Google's own accessibility implementation.
    • PDF documents linked from the site may have varying levels of tagging; we provide an accessible alternative on request.
